🔁 7-Day Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for the following reasons:

You received a damaged or defective item

Exchange Conditions:

The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact

Include your Order ID and clear photographs of the issue
Once approved, we’ll arrange an exchange pickup or guide you on the return process.
⚠️ Exchanges are not accepted for reasons like dislike of color/design, ordering error, or change of mind.
📦 Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled if:

The request is made before the order is packed or shipped

The order is still in the “processing” phase
Once an order is packed, shipped, or marked as dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

📬 Delivery Responsibility
All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 3 business days via trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines typically range from 5 to 7 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services once the order leaves our warehouse.
