Returns, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Find24x7, we value your trust and aim to ensure a transparent and smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


❌ No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns or issue refunds once a product has been delivered. This policy is in place to:

  • Maintain strict hygiene and quality standards

  • Avoid product misuse or repackaging fraud

  • Ensure fairness to all customers

Please double-check product details before confirming your purchase.


🔁 7-Day Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for the following reasons:

  • You received a damaged or defective item

  • You received the wrong product (style, size, or color)

Exchange Conditions:

  • You must email us within 7 days of delivery at hello.find24x7@gmail.com

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact

  • Include your Order ID and clear photographs of the issue

Once approved, we’ll arrange an exchange pickup or guide you on the return process.

⚠️ Exchanges are not accepted for reasons like dislike of color/design, ordering error, or change of mind.


📦 Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled if:

  • The request is made before the order is packed or shipped

  • The order is still in the “processing” phase

Once an order is packed, shipped, or marked as dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, email us promptly at hello.find24x7@gmail.com with your Order ID.


📬 Delivery Responsibility

All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 3 business days via trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines typically range from 5 to 7 business days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services once the order leaves our warehouse.
