  • All confirmed orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days.

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Once an order is confirmed and packed, cancellation is not allowed.

  • Ensure the shipping address is accurate; we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

  • Shipping is handled through third-party partners (e.g., Delhivery, Shiprocket), and delays caused by them are beyond our control.

4. Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • We reserve the right to update pricing, discontinue products, or offer discounts without prior notice.

  • Payments are accepted through secure payment gateways integrated on our website.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

  • Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • To request an exchange, please email us at hello.find24x7@gmail.com with order details and photographs of the item.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed only in case of unavailability or damaged stock, and are subject to verification.
